- Communications, including messages, questions, attachments, feedback, and other information you send when contacting us.
- Marketing preferences, including whether you have chosen to receive promotional email and information about your subscription or unsubscribe requests. When you submit your email through our newsletter signup form, we also record the general date and time of signup and the IP address used, solely to prevent spam and abuse of the form.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through ordinary email or customer-service messages.

We may also receive information when you choose to interact with a third-party service, such as Shop Pay or PayPal.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website and Services;
- Process payments and complete purchases;
- Produce, package, ship, deliver, and track orders;
- Provide order confirmations and other transactional communications;
- Create and manage optional customer accounts;
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, and customer-service requests;
- Remember cart activity and store preferences;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;

- Enforce our agreements and protect our rights, customers, business, and others; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not use personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising at launch.
3. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary to operate the Services:
Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides website hosting, shopping-cart and checkout functions, customer accounts, order management, security, fraud prevention, standard store analytics, and related commerce services. Shopify processes personal information in accordance with its own terms and privacy documentation. You can learn more through Shopify’s privacy policy.
Cloudflare
The Website is hosted on Cloudflare, and our newsletter signup form is processed and stored directly on Cloudflare’s infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages Functions and Cloudflare Workers KV), under our own account. When you submit your email address to join our newsletter, it is stored in this Cloudflare-hosted list — it is not shared with, sold to, or synced with any third-party email-marketing or advertising platform. Only Mint2Be Lifestyle can access this list, using a private access credential we control. Cloudflare processes this information as our infrastructure provider and does not use it for its own purposes. You can learn more through Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Payment and Digital-Wallet Providers
Payment information may be processed by Shopify Payments and supported payment or wallet providers such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These providers receive information needed to authorize payments, prevent fraud, and complete transactions. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy notices.
Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping Providers
We primarily produce and prepare products in-house. We may disclose names, shipping addresses, contact information, order details, and delivery instructions to shipping carriers and, when used, production or fulfillment vendors. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to produce, ship, deliver, track, return, or replace an order.
Communications and Business-Service Providers
We may use service providers for promotional email, transactional messages, customer support, cloud storage, accounting, tax compliance, security, and technical operations. Shopify Email is expected to support promotional email at launch.
Legal, Safety, and Business Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or lawful process; respond to government requests; prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; enforce our policies; protect the rights, safety, or property of Mint2Be Lifestyle, our customers, or others; obtain professional advice; or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. At launch, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or permit third-party advertising pixels on the Website.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Privacy Signals
Shopify and its service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website. These technologies may:
- Keep the Website and checkout functioning;
- Remember preferences and cart contents;
- Authenticate customer accounts;
- Protect transactions and prevent fraud;
- Support payment and checkout options;
- Measure Website traffic and store performance; and
- Diagnose technical issues.
At launch, we use Shopify’s necessary cookies and standard store analytics. We do not intentionally enable Meta Pixel, Google Ads, third-party behavioral-advertising pixels, or Shopify Network Intelligence for targeted advertising.
You can adjust cookie settings through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent portions of the Website, cart, account, or checkout from working correctly. Where required, the Website will provide cookie-consent controls through Shopify’s customer-privacy settings. Additional information about cookies used by Shopify is available in Shopify’s Cookie Policy.
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals, but there is no universally accepted standard for responding to them. Where applicable, Shopify’s privacy controls may recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Because we do not presently sell or share personal information for those purposes, a GPC signal does not otherwise change our current practices.
If we later introduce non-essential analytics, advertising technology, or other tracking, we will reassess our consent and opt-out controls and update this policy before or when those practices begin.
5. Email Marketing and Communications
We may send transactional messages about an order, account, return, refund, security issue, or customer-service request. These messages are necessary to provide the Services and are not promotional subscriptions.
We send promotional email only when you choose to subscribe or when otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe or request removal from our newsletter list at any time by contacting us at privacy@mint2belifestyle.com; where a marketing email includes a self-service unsubscribe link, you may also use that link directly. Unsubscribing from promotional email will not prevent necessary transactional or service-related messages.
Mint2Be Lifestyle does not offer SMS marketing at launch.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing Services, maintaining accounts, completing orders, supporting customers, meeting accounting and tax obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods vary by the type of information:
- Order and transaction records may be retained for the period required for accounting, tax, warranty, chargeback, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
- Account information may be retained while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- Customer-service communications may be retained while a request is active and afterward when needed to maintain context, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
- Marketing subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the relevant program. We may retain limited suppression information so that we can honor an unsubscribe request.
Shopify, payment providers, and other service providers maintain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information involved. Payments are processed through established payment providers, and Mint2Be Lifestyle does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account-access method and for notifying us if you believe your account or transaction information has been compromised.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to:
- Request access to or information about personal information associated with you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of certain information;
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable; and
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where applicable.
To submit a request, email privacy@mint2belifestyle.com and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and confirm that the request relates to you. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification directly from the consumer.
We will evaluate and respond to valid requests within the period required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

At launch, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not use personal information for targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated businesses or websites.
If we engage in a practice that legally constitutes selling or sharing personal information or targeted advertising, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out controls before or when that practice begins. Where applicable, GPC signals will be processed through the Website’s privacy controls.
California residents may submit applicable requests using the process in Section 8. California’s “Shine the Light” law may permit residents to request information about certain disclosures for third parties’ own direct-marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing at launch.
10. Children’s Privacy
Mint2Be Lifestyle may sell apparel or products intended for children, but the Website and Services are directed to adults who are able to make purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact privacy@mint2belifestyle.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. United States Sales and International Visitors
Mint2Be Lifestyle ships only within the United States at launch. The Website is operated from California, United States, and is not currently directed toward offering goods or services in other countries.
The Website may still be accessible internationally. Personal information handled by Shopify and other providers may be processed in the United States, Canada, or other countries in which those providers operate. Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights or requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we will apply those requirements to the relevant processing.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Website may link to third-party websites, social-media services, payment services, or related family brands and publications, including From Bed to Bar. This policy applies only to Mint2Be Lifestyle’s Services. A third party’s collection and use of information is governed by that party’s own privacy policy and practices.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services, vendors, technology, legal obligations, or business practices. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. When required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect.
We will reassess this policy and the Website’s privacy controls before introducing SMS marketing, product reviews that collect user content, third-party behavioral advertising, additional analytics or advertising pixels, regular third-party fulfillment, international sales, or other practices not described here.
